Partner team

Among the members of the partner teams, some of them sometimes take part in the project's field actions.

 

Sébastien GALY, from the Nicolas Hulot Fondation for Nature and Mankind

Sébastien GALY

A graduate in rural development in tropical countries in 1998, Sébastien Galy is a scientist by training. For several years, he managed field programs for the development and protection of ecosystems in Peru and Mali. He then worked for 3 years in NGOs in Canada and Hawaii before joining the Fondation Nicolas Hulot pour la Nature et l'Homme (FNH) in 2006. He is now the director of national and international actions and supervises all of the Foundation's field actions.

 

Constance CORBIER BARTHAUX, of the French Global Environment Facility (FFEM)

Constance CORBIER BARTHAUX

An environmentalist, trained as an agricultural engineer, she worked internationally in the field of multilateral (FAO) and bilateral (French Ministry of the Environment) aid, before joining the French Development Agency in 2000, where she held several positions - support for the group's environmental due diligence; monitoring and development of the portfolio of biodiversity conservation projects; environmental assessment and capitalisation -. Since 2014, within the Secretariat of the French Global Environment Facility (FGEF), she has been responsible for biodiversity and biodiversity projects, as well as for the Small Initiatives Program for Civil Society Organizations in Africa and the Maghreb.

 

Aurélie AHMIM-RICHARD, of the French Global Environment Facility (FFEM)

Aurélie AHMIM-RICHARD

Aurélie Ahmim-Richard is an agricultural engineer by training, specialising in environmental economics. After a research mission on an agroecology project in Madagascar with CIRAD, she joined the French Development Agency (AFD) in 2010 in its research department. She then held several positions at the Gabonese agency in charge of forestry and biodiversity preservation projects and at the Paris headquarters in the private sector support team, where she developed a portfolio of projects related to the structuring of agricultural and forestry sectors, agricultural microfinance and social and solidarity entrepreneurship. Since 2017, within the Secretariat of the French Global Environment Facility (FGEF), she has been responsible for the Sustainable Forests and Agricultural Land theme and projects in this field.
